Who can join the partner program?
The program is intended for real-estate agents, property managers and approved agency professionals who regularly recommend property services.
Can I change my commission rate?
No. Your approved commission rate is read-only in your portal. Doctor Carpet administrators manage rate changes and your current rate is always shown.
When does a referral become payable?
A referral only contributes to available balance after the eligible job is completed and credited. Cancelled bookings do not earn commission.
Can I update my payout details?
For account security, partner contact, agency and payout details are read-only after approval. Contact Doctor Carpet administration to request a verified change.
