Can every stain be removed?
Removal is not guaranteed. Tell us what caused the stain, its age and any products already used. Cleaning cannot reverse every colour change or repair worn fibres.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying time depends on the carpet fibre, moisture, ventilation and local weather. Ask for guidance for your booking and allow time before replacing furniture or handing over a property.
