This service is for tenants preparing to return keys, owners presenting an empty property, and property managers coordinating carpet cleaning. It covers the carpet and related items selected in the quote; it is not a general house clean or a promise that a bond will be returned.

What is outside the quoted carpet service
Unlisted rooms, heavy furniture moving, repairs, pest treatment and a whole-property vacate clean are not included unless separately agreed. Access, parking, apartment level and key arrangements must be discussed before the visit.
Current room prices and cleaning options
Prices are all-inclusive for the selected service. There is a $100 standard visit minimum and a $150 apartment minimum. No separate travel or generator surcharge is currently published; confirm electricity and access when booking.

Timing, access and preparation
- Confirm the rooms and handover requirements with the property manager.
- Remove loose items and discuss heavy furniture before the appointment.
- Arrange keys, parking, lift or apartment access and an electricity connection.
- Leave a practical drying window before final inspection or furniture replacement.
Drying time changes with carpet fibre, moisture, ventilation and weather. Ask for guidance for the actual conditions at the property.
Receipts, stains and bond limitations
A receipt or invoice can be provided for the completed service. Keep it with the agreed service list and your handover records. The document records the cleaning service; it does not certify the condition of the whole property.
Stain treatment improves many marks but cannot reverse worn fibres, permanent colour change or every old stain. Doctor Carpet does not guarantee stain removal or a bond return.
