What happens during a carpet clean?
- We check the carpet and discuss any stains with you.
- We pre-vacuum before cleaning. With Deep Clean, we also apply pre-spray, treat stains and agitate the carpet.
- We rinse and extract dirt using hot-water extraction. Deep Clean also includes deodorisation.
- We check the finished clean with you and explain how to help the carpet dry.

Before you book
Can all stains be removed?
Removal is not guaranteed. Tell us about the stain, its age and any products already used. Cleaning cannot reverse every colour change or repair worn fibres.
How much drying time should I allow?
Drying depends on fibre type, moisture, ventilation and weather. Ask for guidance for your job and leave time before furniture replacement or property handover.
