Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The final booking minimum is $100 for a standard visit and $150 for an apartment. Add every room, staircase, rug or upholstered item that needs cleaning so the quote reflects the full job.

Carpet service for rental handover
Confirm exactly what your lease requires
This service is carpet steam cleaning, plus only the upholstery, rugs, mattresses or tiled areas separately selected in the quote. It does not include a general house clean. Check the lease or agent instructions, count every carpeted room and retain the service receipt supplied after completion.
Report carpet condition before the clean
Describe stains, odours, previous spot products, worn fibres and damage when booking. Cleaning can improve soiling but cannot repair wear, reverse every colour change or guarantee that every stain will be removed.
What Basic and Deep cleaning include
Both options include inspection, pre-vacuuming and hot-water extraction. Deep Clean also includes pre-spray, stain treatment, agitation and deodorisation. Stain treatment improves the chance of removal but does not create a guarantee.
Plan for drying
Drying time depends on the carpet fibre, moisture, ventilation and weather. Keep airflow moving where practical and allow enough time before replacing furniture, inspecting the property or handing over keys.
